UI Needs work

Update: the interface has gotten much worse. So much accidental input on the lower portion. A shame. Down to one star now its nearly unusable.

Its a good first attempt at the UI but it leaves much to be desired. Not an intuitive interface by any means, requires a lot of fumbling around to find where everything is. Very confusing. Why the huge numbers over the image when adjusting transparency? Needs a clearer way to start over without picking a new image. Evolve the amateur UI.
