This app is horrible. I have used every combination on many different photos of mine. The effects and textures do NOT help a thing. They look ridiculous from a slight hint to full extreme. Refund requested. Real photographers stay away.

Please fix this. I love the app, but its not letting me restore previous purchases. The store doesnt even load AT ALL. Please, please fix.

This is easily my favorite photo editor. Im a big fan of the simple look of the layout, yet with a great collection of features.

I like this app a lot. I use it a lot when I want to add some lights to my photos.

Ive used a lot of apps for different edits after my shoots and the ease of use this app provides makes it the best around. I very rarely use anything else to touch up my photos, and with the ability to adjust how much I want of each filter, the opportunities of the end product are endless!

This appears to be a very powerful app but to me its VERY annoying that I have to completely reload the image to try different effects. If Im wrong about this, or if theres a fix, I would definitely change my rating.

With the ability to create, share, and import other user formulas make this my favorite filter app!!

Dude, seriously. Download this app. Differentiate your photos from the rest with a light spot or burst of color. This app is spectacular!!!

Imagination is the limit. It would be nice to change the opacity of the filters. Edit: Please add more textures and light leaks. (:

I want to love this app, and I do kinda. My only complaint is that it makes lines all over my photos. I mean they arent like black lines but they are very noticeable. Please fix if you can

I used to have around ten or so apps to filter photos, but mextures beats all of them. I honestly dont use anything else bc it also allows you to manipulate the settings and filters however you want. If you like a filter formula you made, you can save it and use it on other photos. You can also share your filter formulas as well. Its a pretty solid editing app. A+

Mextures holds a permanent place amongst my editing apps. Nothing compares to what it is truly capable of. Sure, some may expect this to be the jack-of-all trades photo editing app, but its not. Instead, mextures is masterful at a specific task. The last update was a while ago, I really hope the team has not left mextures behind.

I would give this amazing app 5 stars if it didnt crash every time I use it n my iPad. It works fine on my iPhone, and is OK on the iPad if I want to apply a quick preset filter. But, if I want to perform any filter adjustment or customization on the iPad it shuts down every single time! Very frustrating. Fix this issue and it will be one of the best photo editing apps available.

I open this app to edit every so often. Same disappointment: Very few textures, mostly light leaks that leave unnatural effects. Cumbersome. If you want textures & adjustments that layer, mask, and give you a very fluid Photoshop-like experience, use Stackables/Formulas.

Unfortunately misinterpreted the description of this app. For anyone uncertain, this is similar to purchasing more filters for Instagram (if it were possible). The main difference however is the ability to layer your filters. However, I interpreted "layer" to be similar to Photoshop usage of the word (totally my fault). Still gave three stars because the fact that the app saves all you steps is a very good design and it was my fault I was disappointed. Will still try to get my $2 back tho
