Mextures is the most amazing editing app for many reasons. The app allows you to use premade formulas, or you can design your own by layering many colors, textures, light leaks, etc, while having hundreds of choices. Saving and making your own formula library is key to your own editing style. The app creators have also fostered a community of creatives, and at Mextures Collective they feature different artists who supply work for the community to edit and share. I cant say enough about an app that fosters such amazing creativity and interaction between people.

Love the new update! Mextures is my favorite photo app. The filters, light leaks and textures are incredible and turn even an average photo into a work of art.

Way better than all the other filter/photo editing apps, Ive tried them all. Mextures is the ONLY one with the option to import unlimited filters others create!! And for free!! Why pay for filters when other people like you make PROFESSIONAL ones for free? Just search for them on Instagram through #mexturesformulas I have so many free formulas that I got that are top notch.

The Mextures creators clearly appreciate the finer details that go into photo manipulation. Between blending modes and film presets, this app delivers where most others fall short: subtlety. Dust and dirt bundles, light leaks and (my personal favorite) landscape enhancing features, all with the ability to adjust transparency of the filter and rotate. The possibilities are truly endless, which is why its too difficult to go back to other apps once youve Mextured.

After using Mextures for a while and getting familiar with it I realized this is basically the only editing app I need. You can do simple or radical edits. There are infinite possibilities.

This app has been my go-to for editing for years now. Very recently Ive had sooo many issues with the app. Its very frustrating and disappointing. I cant even scroll through my pictures anymore to select on to be edited without the app completely crashing. Before that I would click save after editing and the app would crash. This has only started happening about a month or two ago. I even checked last month for a more recent update and it said that the app just updated and "fixed annoying bugs and crashes" not for me though!

I love Mextures. Really. But Ive had more quirks & freezes & straight up refusal to open with this app in the last few weeks that Im beginning to search for other places to edit. Please help!

apps force closes everytime i try to export or save pictures on ipad3. also, app needs some proper back/undo button, or better manual. it is hard to go back or undo any moves, the only solution is to go from the beggining which is annoying...

Its simple. This app is the best that Ive found. No, its not free. But its worth your money.

Used Mextures for a long time and suddenly, today instantly crashes when I scroll down my photos. About ready to trash it as its totally useless as is. Shame, great app.

use this one every final edit. more than worth the small price. can completely upgrade the quality of your exports 1000%

This has ended up being one of my all time favorite editor for my iPhone pictures. I especially love that they keep making improvements! Yah!

ive never thought i would voluntarily rate an app, but this app makes me want to, its amazing what it can help you do with your pictures, and the final results, are amazing.

Mextures is one of the few editing apps that I have felt justified in my purchase. For the price, I believe that Mextures provides great value and a high level of customization. I love that the app provides a full range of customization with regard to opacity and blending modes. I would love the ability to move different textures around on the screen and scale overlays, though. For example, sometime of the textures can be used to emulate natural light, so I would love the ability to have full control over where the texture lies on the image. Implementing a FULL RANGE of customization would bring this review up to a 5/5.

Ive done so much research on how to edit my photos like film and Ive tried many methods with photoshop that just didnt give me what I was looking for. But Mextures has provided me exactly what I was looking for all that time. And with so many editing options and tools, this app has become my favorite for photo editing. Very impressed with Mextures and Im so thankful that it exists. Couldnt be more happy with the results Ive obtained from this app!

Amazing app and amazing customer service. I had a slight issue and when I emailed support they walked me through the steps to fix it and Merek followed up with me over three days. I highly recommend this app.

The app is my top fave, but after the last update it crashes at attempt to save photo, without saving it, so at this moment the app is not usable at all. Please fix it. (iPhone 7 plus)

Love this app but for awhile it just freezes upon opening~
