Mextures Photo Editor App Reviews

This app has been constantly crashing on me. When it works, its great, but anytime I try to choose a photo from my library no pictures will populate and the app shortly closes out on its own. Its very frustrating. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times and Im still unable to use it.

I have been using this app for a while, very powerful. I truly enjoy editing my pictures using this app. Nicely done guys!

I was all about this app, until I updated iOS and all my Formulas went poof! Since the app didnt back up my personal formulas so that I can restore them, my interest in this app has pretty much died. I cant trust the app. Im not gonna try and recreate my old formulas.

Wont restore my purchases. Its a shame because I liked this app!

Im a photographer and graphic designer, and I use Mextures for a wide variety of projects, even in non-mobile formats. Thats how powerful it is. Great app.

For editing photos, this has become my goto. In fact, it is my favorite part of my creative process because there are endless directions you can go with it and I never know how pictures are going to turn out.

Its not perfect - however its a powerful photo editing tool which Ive come to love ... We need more control in general over filters, etc, blending, erase, redraw, zoom, zoom out, ... More like Pics Art in many ways - but more for the final & finishing touches ... Fotograf is a very good example ... Frankly, if you took the best of both & implemented into this software - youd be the clear winner ! We ABSOLUTELY need both portrait and landscape modes for iPad . . .

Last update is not working. Cant import images. Please fix it!

It crash every time I picked my photo on my camera roll and this is the recent update before it was fine now its broken :(

Hands down the best editing app out there. With a wide range of textures available you can create countless different moods. Definitely download as its a game changer in how you edit.

I cant rave about Mextures (or the apps community) enough. If you like to edit and play with your photos, this is the app to buy. Check out #mextures and #mexturescollective on IG for some phenomenal examples of what this lovely app can produce. Love being able to save and share formulae (and also using the word "formulae")

Ive been using Mextures for years. It was the first editing app that I immediately fell in love with and still havent switched from. With a bottomless amount of options, anyone can create breathtaking photos regardless of individual style. Through this app and the hashtag, Ive met so many incredible people and inspiring photographers/ graphic designs. I gained somewhat of an online family with the help of Instagram and this app for only a few dollars, and not only that but the creators are some of the most supportive and encouraging people Ive ever come into contact with.

The controls are great, they allow you to make grand strokes or subtle, gradual changes. Saving your formulas is an efficient way to get consistent edits too. Fun app!

Seriously, the controls for editing are amazing. I go straight to this app for adjustments. However, Im tired of how often the current version crashes, especially with high res. pics imported from other devices. Please fix this!!!

I have been using Mextures since it first came out. Ive watched this little app grow and change and improve. I love it. Every photo I take on my phone goes through Mextures, and 90% of the time, its the only app I need. The only functions it lacks for me are cropping and adding film grain, which I rarely need. You can do so much with this app. From subtlety to insanity. Beautiful photo edits. So much control.

Best editing app! Tons of variety in textures with the ability to create, save and import formulas. Very easy to use. Highly recommend.
